As a now resident, I have to say that Grace really helped and impressed me throughout the process here. I had a totally awesome experience the entire time.I had been eyeing originally FortyOne 11, but after hearing about this place, then seeing it, I was completely in love. As someone who this was my first time out on my own, I had a lot of questions, and I would say even some concerns. Grace was absolutely amazing. She was there to sit and answer all of my questions, and take me through several different tours of the apartments. Grace made the transition super easy, and was always there to communicate throughout the process. Between tours and the move in being roughly a month, which was expected, she was fantastic. Now that I am a resident here, I absolutely love it. The people are nice, it is super quiet, and Grace is in the office the majority of the time if I have any questions. If she isn’t here, I can always reach her by phone. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone that is shopping around the Portland Metro area.

The initial walk through was great, I was encouraged to bring my puppy along. The units are beautiful, with nice open natural light. There was a small hick up upon my move in date, but was quickly fixed by the manager Grace. I’ve been here a while and have yet to run into any issues. Recently my fob stopped working and Grace got right on it to have the problem rectified.

I showed up to the apartment tour early and the manager Jade stopped was she was doing to show me the apartment. She was knowledgeable about utility prices, gave me a tour of the building and made me feel like a friend. Jade was very responsive, helpful and understanding. All of the qualities you want in a management company

The tour guide thoroughly showed what the property had to offer. The Common and Deck area are hidden gems and the units have a generous amount of closet space. Both units I toured had great natural lighting even on an overcast day. The property has limited parking spaces in their garage, but there is a good amount of street parking close by. Although I had a very good experience, I decided not to go forward with the leasing process. However, I would recommend taking a tour.

The best value for apartments I’ve seen in Portland. I can’t say enough good things about the apartment manager Erica- she is so friendly and helpful. There are so many terrible landlord situations in Portland, I feel so lucky to have had such a positive experience. Maintenance requests are handled promptly. The repair person is always friendly- I don’t feel like I have a random creepy guy in my apartment. Our neighbors are friendly and there are so many cute dogs. There are plenty of houseless people around, just like everywhere in Portland but at least there’s a volunteer place nearby so people can get water and super basic things on hot days. The parking is relatively safe for Portland- yes someone will try to steal your catalytic converter but our windows haven’t been smashed since we moved here. I recommend this building to friends looking for a place and I think it’s pretty much as good as it gets renting in Portland.

Management (Erica Campos) is very friendly and responsive to questions, comments, and concerns. i appreciate that there's an office in the lobby as well, making them extra accessible if/as needed. I've also put in an occasional maintenance request and they typically get back to me on the same day and then address my needs within a matter of 24-48 hours. And their maintenance staff is also super friendly and helpful. They have cleaning staff that keeps the public areas clean regularly. The patio is a lovely getaway and having an onsite gym is a huge plus. Also extremely pet friendly. The units are nice, and the in-unit storage space is deeply appreciated. On those in-house merits I can't promote this place enough! The building is located in a super walkable location and is within close proximity to bars, restaurants, parks, and other amenities (not so close that it's noisy or anything!). There are several high frequency bus lines nearby as well. On the 👎 side of things, it's a pretty short list. There's occasional dog barking or people being loud in their units or outside (which says a lot because the walls aren't paper thin) but it's pretty rare and management is extremely responsive if they're notified. There's a limited amount of street parking, but there is garage parking (just pricey).

Going into getting my first apartment, I was sooo nervous. Didn’t know what I was doing. Called so many places. Never got responses. Finally came across east of eleven. Spoke with Erica. And she helped make the process seem like a breeze! She was very patient with my millions of questions. And now I have a super cozy apartment! Maintenance is also super great. Anytime I’ve put in a request, if it’s not responded to within an hour it’s by end of day with the promise of getting it taken care of before they leave. Overall, I lucked out getting to live here! :)

The leasing office has been incredibly wonderful during our time at East of Eleven. Super hands on and answer questions really quickly, they also host fun events from time to time. I cant speak highly enough about the actual staff in the building. We have not had to call maintenance one time since living here. My only minor complaint is that there has been some problem with the door locking system (not being able to get in or out) and I have had a few packages stolen from downstairs which is to be expected living in a city apartment.

A friend of mine was thinking about taking a job in Portland, OR and I was checking out studios in SE Portland with them. I love how close the bars are to the location and the fact it's only a couple blocks from Revolution Hall's rooftop bar. My friend says the studio apartment itself is pretty roomy and has a great view of downtown Portland. Sorry for the lame photo, but it's all I had that I wanted to post publicly. What happens in Portland stays in Portland, wink wink.

We have lived here for about a year and signed this place site unseen. We were truly impressed when we arrived, and have loved the great location (you're able to find free street parking AND have easy access to restaurants/bars/venues), nice apartments, and how helpful the management staff is. If you're looking for a studio or one bedroom, I'd recommend it.

I just moved into my apartment! The management has been so helpful! I drove from Florida all the way here and they had everything set up and ready for me when I got here. The overall look is so modern and clean! There are quite a bit of homeless people in the area but they stay to themselves and don’t bother you. It’s nearby a good bit of bars and within 8 minutes of Downtown!
