“Kudos to Emma and the new maintenance guy, Patrick . Any issue is immediately addresses and fixed. The garage is fully lit which was a great improvement for all the residents and the garbage area has been cleaned up and doesn't smell. This has really been a great place to call home. “JD, the maintenance guy, makes living here a dream. He’s easy to get ahold of and is always timely with repairs. When my AC went out, he quickly had a new one installed that week, even though it required him to call in a friend to help. This morning, I ran into him in the hallway before I could even put in an order for my bathroom sink, but he was there before noon and done in less than 10 minutes. He even offered to submit the report for me. 5 stars.”

“This is a lovely apartment building with a friendly staff in a hip location. It’s been so nice receiving personal phone messages from the property management during the entire process from applying to apartment selection to moving in. This is a very positive experience for me in all ways and the apartment is spacious and cozy and well-lit with big windows and great light. Very pet friendly with an elegant indoor heated double dog wash, indoor secured parking for the daily drivers and 2 secured indoor bike rooms. A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE.”
