APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Portland

This is a lovely apartment building with a friendly staff in a hip location. It’s been so nice receiving personal phone messages from the property management during the entire process from applying to apartment selection to moving in. This is a very positive experience for me in all ways and the apartment is spacious and cozy and well-lit with big windows and great light. The entire facility is updated and feels very new and fresh. Thanks to Emma and the entire team for their ongoing positive energy. Much appreciated.

This was a great touring experience! I toured the building with Emma and she was incredibly responsive, friendly, and welcoming from the start. She genuinely took the time to understand what I was looking for and seemed truly interested in helping me find something that would work well for me. The building itself was very clean and well maintained, and the amenities were amazing. I especially loved how spacious the kitchen was with full sized appliances, it felt like a real home rather than a typical apartment kitchen. Overall, the community and the tour experience felt thoughtful and well run.

East of eleven has the best team of people. It makes living here and getting to know your neighbors a lot more inviting. JD the maintenance man is a great guy and has perfect work ethic. Meeting Emma, you can see the stark difference here with her taking over as the property manager. The vibes and overall feeling is so much better.

I have just moved in and the hep with the move in and transition has been great. I have the utmost respect for JD who’s the maintenance man and he’s been forever helpful in every way. He’s a rock star and I don’t know what EOE would do with out him and his perfect work ethic

I moved in almost a year ago and over the course of that time, the whole atmosphere has improved greatly. Our new Manager, Emma, has brought a needed change, and has made this a much better place to live with her presence and attentiveness to the needs of the residents. Well done, Emma! Kudos to JD as well. He is the maintenance guy who puts in a lot of time in keeping this place running and clean.

Wonderful place to live! Very entertaining and the staff is amazing! JD is the most grooviest person I've seen! Great worker, always busy and on the go! Emma is like a new fresh breath of air at the East of Eleven! Such a great team and looking forward to living here for a few more years! Just another day in paradise! Keep up the great work! Cheers!

Appreciate all the hard work Emma has put in since taking over as property manager! The property has never been better! Special thanks to JD in maintenance as well! My fridge went out on me and there was a brand new one at my door and installed within 24 hours! Amazing job!

JD being the maintenance man, East Of Eleven couldn't have asked for a better one.since he's been part of the team all issues have been addressed and his positive manner, and his attitude is just uplifting Every time I interact with him :)
