I’ve been living here for over a year now. The place is in a great location, pretty units and really good price for rent. Also when I first moved here the first management team wasn’t great but with this new management you can tell a huge difference. One thing that has always stayed the same is our maintenance guy JD. Truly the coolest most helpful guy!! Everyone here loves him. Thanks JD!!!🙌

Living at the East of Eleven Apartments has been amazing! The location is great, the building is very clean, and everyone is very friendly. Emma is an amazing property manager who is super helpful and organized; anytime I've had any sort of issue, she has been able to resolve it swiftly. East of Eleven has easily been the best apartment building I have ever lived in, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new home!

I recently toured East of Eleven, and Emma thoroughly answered all of the questions I had about the apartment complex, I never once felt rushed during the tour. She even recommended several fun things to do in the area as I am not very familiar with SE. She was kind, informative, and professional, and it’s reassuring to know you’ll be working with someone like her when considering your next home. I recently toured East of Eleven Apartments while preparing for my move to Portland, and Emma made the experience amazing. She was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to from the moment I walked in. Moving to a new city can feel overwhelming, but she made the whole walkthrough feel relaxed and exciting instead of stressful. Emma took the time to answer all my questions, gave honest feedback about the building and neighborhood, and never made me feel rushed. Her customer service really stood out — friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. After my tour, I left feeling much more confident and excited about my move to Portland. Definitely one of the best leasing experiences I’ve had.

This is a lovely apartment building with a friendly staff in a hip location. It’s been so nice receiving personal phone messages from the property management during the entire process from applying to apartment selection to moving in. This is a very positive experience for me in all ways and the apartment is spacious and cozy and well-lit with big windows and great light. The entire facility is updated and feels very new and fresh. Thanks to Emma and the entire team for their ongoing positive energy. Much appreciated.

This was a great touring experience! I toured the building with Emma and she was incredibly responsive, friendly, and welcoming from the start. She genuinely took the time to understand what I was looking for and seemed truly interested in helping me find something that would work well for me. The building itself was very clean and well maintained, and the amenities were amazing. I especially loved how spacious the kitchen was with full sized appliances, it felt like a real home rather than a typical apartment kitchen. Overall, the community and the tour experience felt thoughtful and well run.

East of eleven has the best team of people. It makes living here and getting to know your neighbors a lot more inviting. JD the maintenance man is a great guy and has perfect work ethic. Meeting Emma, you can see the stark difference here with her taking over as the property manager. The vibes and overall feeling is so much better.

I have just moved in and the hep with the move in and transition has been great. I have the utmost respect for JD who’s the maintenance man and he’s been forever helpful in every way. He’s a rock star and I don’t know what EOE would do with out him and his perfect work ethic
