APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Portland

I’ve lived at East of Eleven going on four years now and I have to say the recent change in property management has been wonderful. Emma has been a godsend. She has been cleaning up the place and addressing all concerns from tenants. She has kept the community involved in all changes and reached out for recommendations on how else she can better our living environment. In the short time she’s been here she has made many changes that make day to day living more convenient. I’m excited to see what else she comes up with! JD our maintenance man is also top notch! He is on it with maintenance requests and goes above and beyond to help with things not necessarily part of his job. I needed plants hung and he came after hours to assist! I appreciate you both and all the work being done! Amazing job!

I get to throw events for the residents at East of Eleven. I love the community room space, it has an indoor and outdoor space, which is fantastic with how much the weather shifts here. Heather & Grace and the maintenance man JD are a wonderful team - they work so hard and are dedicated to keeping this building in top shape!

I love the friendly faces in the office! I didn't schedule a tour but stopped by. I wasn't expecting to be shown an apartment right away, the ladies in the office fit me right in without hesitation. The apartment was beautiful! You can tell these people really do care about their work! I would HIGHLY recommend coming here.
